We’re growing and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to fill two hands-on positions:

1. CNC Mill or Lathe Operator
2. Material Receiving & Prep Specialist

CNC Mill or Lathe Operator – Key Responsibilities
• Set up CNC mills and/or lathes, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets
• Load and verify CNC programs; make necessary adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation
• Monitor machining processes and make offset or tooling changes as needed
• Work closely with programmers and quality personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Material Receiving & Prep Specialist – Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and inventory raw materials
• Maintain and verify material authenticity and traceability
• Cut and prepare raw material for machining
• Support upkeep and maintenance of facility equipment and shop systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:
• Comfortable using Windows-based computers/software
• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and improve are essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions exactly and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Physically capable of handling shop work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Training:
• Experience working in a machine shop highly preferred, but not required
