Barkery MT

It’s been a little while since you’ve heard much from Barkery MT.

After an unimaginable loss in our family, I needed time. Time to be with my family, to grieve, and to figure out how to move forward in a world that looks very different than it did before.

I’m still figuring that out.

But little by little, I’m finding my way back to the things that bring me joy - and Barkery MT has always been one of them.

I haven’t been around much, but I haven’t stopped thinking, planning or creating either. I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes, especially on the website, and putting together some things I’ve wanted to do for a long time.

There’s a lot coming - ways to bake at home with your pup, a treat-of-the-month option, ways to create together, and some new recipes, toppers and tools I’m pretty excited about.

I’m taking my time with it… slowly finding my way back, one day - and one batch - at a time.🐾

It’s gorgeous out!! 🐾🌞 come see what we have going on at The Farmers Market at Libby today! So many great vendors here this week.

Sometimes you just have to hop on the bandwagon- I’d say chatty G did pretty good capturing a snapshot of me. 💕🐾

Verbiage is in the comments- I’d love to see yours!

🤎 No Barkery MT at the Farmers Market today. 🌿

We will be back next week! Unfortunately, we have a family emergency this week. 💔

A dog attacked my daughter’s face, and I’m currently out of town with her while she receives care and recovers.

Please be mindful of having your pups around new people — especially if they are a rescue or have an unknown history. Even the sweetest dogs can react unexpectedly- like in this case where there was no warning when my daughter was sitting feet away in conversation with the owner. The dog went from laying quietly and content after head scratches and loves, to lunging at her face. No growl. No teeth. No time to protect her face.

❗️Another example of why we don’t allow dogs at the Farmers Market at Libby. Even the goodest of boys and girls can get stressed or unexpectedly triggered.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. It truly means the world to us. 🤎🐾
