We love receiving your high quality donations. Those we can sell and give $ to our charities. What we don't love is broken, torn, stained or dirty donations. We have to pay to have these discarded and that means less $ to charity. With that in mind, there are also many things that don't sell any longer and therefore we cannot accept them. These are:

🍂 WELCOME, OCTOBER!
HOCUS POCUS… OLD THINGS, NEW TRICKS! 🪄
October has arrived, and around here, we believe we're all capable of a little magic.
A forgotten chair becomes the perfect reading spot.
A vintage scarf makes an outfit.
An old frame gets a brand-new purpose.
A pretty platter is suddenly waiting for Thanksgiving dinner.
And something completely strange? Well... sometimes that's the best find of all.
This month we're looking at Upscale a little differently — through HOME, FASHION & EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. We'll play with fall colors and textures, get creative with old treasures, start getting the house ready for guests, and yes... Christmas may begin sneaking onto the shelves before October is over. 🎄👀
Because thrifting isn't only about finding something you need.
Sometimes it's about seeing what something could become.

Our Fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving decor keeps expanding! Come take a look!

Elephants, birds, turtles, monkeys and assorted creatures have apparently taken over Upscale — and we're not entirely sure who's in charge anymore.
Fortunately, these guys are quiet, house-trained and don't eat much.

💙 THE ART OF COLLECTING: BLUE & GLASS
Apparently, we have the blues. And we're quite happy about it.
Blue glass, green glass, bottles, vases, ceramics and those beautiful little things that don't necessarily do anything except catch the light and make you smile.
And frankly, that's a perfectly respectable job.
💙 FUN FACT: For much of history, blue was one of the hardest and most expensive colors to produce. Natural blue pigments were rare and precious.
Apparently, blue has always had expensive taste. 😏
