It's finally here... Our first night back to classes! 🤸‍♀️

We can't wait to welcome all of our athletes back. We're so excited for another awesome year at Flip! 🖤

Our competitive team wrapped up a month of training AND received their competitive leotards this week! ✨ We're missing two hard working girls in this photo but we could not be more proud of or excited for this group of athletes. It's going to be an awesome year! 💪

Thank you Destira for helping us design the most perfect leotards for our inaugural season. We are IN LOVE! 😍🖤🤸‍♀️

Playabilities is SO back! (& better, in our opinion!)

We could never let a good thing come to an end so we've revamped our favorite class, Playabilities! Our new playabilities class will be held the first three Saturdays of each month from 11-11:40 and is designed for area athletes with different capabilities!

What's new?
Our playabilities class is now being offered for 40 minutes. The first five minutes will be an organized stretch, then there will be a 15 minute parent guided course designed by our coaches to help your child build and develop strength, coordination, and balance with the use of our gymnastics equipment. The last 20 minutes of each class will be open ended play! Because we know that kids learn just as much from play as they do structure. ☺️ By encouraging parents to work alongside their athlete, we are able to open this experience up to so many more in our community and better serve those who could benefit from this awesome class! We have seen so much growth in our playabilities athletes over the years and we are excited to be able to open the doors to many more now!

During the 40 minutes, the gym will be open only to this class. There will be no music, low lighting, and a smiling, encouraging coach there to guide and assist all athletes. Led by Coach Emily and Coach Abby, we just know this class will be your child's favorite time of the week! 🤸‍♀️

*Please note that while we welcome ALL athletes, this clinic is geared towards those wanting to gain stunt experience geared towards college cheer. This is NOT an all-star cheerleading stunt clinic. We believe all stunt experience is great for those in all-star cheer or those seeking to gain more knowledge for collegiate cheer, but we will be helping athletes learn basic stunt knowledge and also build on that knowledge to give them the tools needed to be successful in the collegiate cheer world. While we will do our very best to put your athlete in the position that they want, we cannot guarantee positions.

We enjoyed each and every one of these athletes and we're blown away by their hard work and eagerness to learn! We love this time of year because we get to shift gears a bit and we truly enjoy getting to see our athletes try new things and work towards new goals!🤸‍♀️
