Creating connections goes beyond the products we make. It’s also about showing up for the communities where we live and work. 🏠💙

This year, Molex employees in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland; Carlsbad, California; and Lisle, Illinois teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help build affordable housing, furnish homes and create imaginative play spaces for children.

Each project brought employees together to put their time, skills and creativity toward a shared goal: helping families and strengthening communities.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped turn teamwork into meaningful community impact. 🤝

Molex has officially opened its expanded manufacturing plant in Hung Yen, Vietnam! 🎉

The 250,000-square-meter facility strengthens high-tech manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance capabilities to support high-speed data center customers around the world. 🌐

As the second Molex site in Vietnam, the expanded plant reflects nearly 20 years of investment in the country and is expected to add 3,000 employees by the end of 2026. We were proud to join Chicago Innovation, fellow sponsors and leaders from across the region at the Nasdaq Closing Bell ceremony to celebrate the innovators and entrepreneurs shaping Chicagoland’s future. 🔔

Chicago Innovation helps educate, connect and celebrate innovators while strengthening Chicago’s position as a globally recognized hub for entrepreneurship. By bringing together businesses, communities and emerging talent, this work creates more opportunities for people to apply their unique talents and make a meaningful impact.

This reflects our Community Vision: applying principles of human progress to transform ourselves, our organizations and the communities where we operate.

Congratulations to this year’s Chicago Innovation Award winners and everyone helping innovation thrive across Chicagoland! 👏

As our employees grow, so do the communities where we operate. 🌎

Today, we're spotlighting our Molex Poland sites, where employees are making Community Stewardship more than a program. It's become part of the culture.

Employees describe a workplace built on collaboration and a shared belief that everyone can make a difference. Through stewardship initiatives, colleagues across teams come together to support their local communities, build meaningful relationships and develop as leaders.

We're proud to see our employees helping create lasting impact, one act of stewardship at a time.

Ringing in the next generation of innovators! 🔔

Our very own Mike Deppe, VP of Global Product Development, and Matt Silva, Business Information Security Leader, had the opportunity to ring the Opening Bell at Cboe Global Markets
as part of an event celebrating the Illinois Student Invention Convention, a program of Chicago Innovation.

We believe every student deserves the opportunity to explore, create and imagine what’s possible. We’re proud to join fellow Chicagoland leaders in supporting experiences that connect students with real-world opportunities, mentorship and hands-on learning to help inspire future innovators, problem solvers and leaders.

Thank you to our supporters, employees and volunteers who continue investing their time and talents to help students discover their potential.

We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking expansion and renovation of the Molex global headquarters in Lisle, Illinois. 🎉

This investment reflects our continued commitment to creating spaces that foster collaboration, innovation and customer engagement while supporting the future growth of our business.

The project includes a new conference center, expanded dining facilities, renovated workspaces and the integration of an adjacent property, creating additional office and laboratory space for employees and customers. 🤝

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing this vision come to life and continuing to build an environment where innovation thrives.

Happy National Intern Day! 🎉

Today, we're celebrating our interns who have spent the summer learning, growing and making an impact across Molex.

From hands-on experience to learning how our values and principles guide the way we work, our internship program is designed to support both professional and personal growth.

To celebrate National Intern Day, our Lisle interns teed off at Topgolf for an afternoon of fun and connection. Here's to a summer that's already shaping up to be a hole in one! ⛳

Thank you to our interns for bringing your curiosity, fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to Molex.
