One pan just won’t cut it!
This is a two pan household and here’s why: each kitchen utensil has a function and pans are no different. Ceramic clad pans are perfect when you really need your food not to stick.
So, where does the stainless steel fit into the picture? It’s the exact opposite! You can’t get a beautiful, brown crust on your meats without a little sticking.
