I am a Shaman, Shamanic Craniosacral therapist, shamanic journey, meditation, intuitive art, and sound bath facilitator and educator, mother, and artist. I have dedicated my life to self work and growth and love to share my light and what I have learned with those who are looking to grow and transform into their highest, healthiest self.

Rest, chill, nap, luxuriate, laze about, in bed middle of the day, early to bed, late to rise. If any of this triggers thoughts of laziness, that is where your work lies (pun intended). Try some radical rest today. Your body will give you all sorts of messages and it will thank you. 💖

As an anti-capitalist somatic bodyworker, I see the power in somatic healing and building community. I live by and encourage boundaries around work, prioritizing rest, and creating spaces of solidarity that are not based on economic productivity. I will always validate your self-worth outside of economic identity and help you to process your sadness and anger around our current system. Love and solidarity, friends.
