We challenged our team to see what was wrong with some presentation slides.

Will they get them right?

What's Wrong With These Slides? It's everyone's favorite gameshow - Why does this slide suck?Toda...

We recently wrapped up an expo build in Nashville providing AV support for our client! A few highlights from this build:

• 2.6mm Aurora Led Wall. (11’x20’)

• ProPresenter 7 running seamless, testimonial and commercial loops all week.

• Custom built apple boxes designed to create an elevated back wall. This delivered a clean aesthetic while completely concealing rigging and serving as on-site storage for the client. We wanted a clean box where nothing was visible to the attendees, or the booth behind us. Really proud of how this one came together!

Production isn't just about technical setups; it’s about capturing the moment. When impactful conversations are happening, you need a team who is thinking about every aspect of your event. Let us set the stage for your next event.

One of the issues we see with “in-house” av is if you need anything past screens and black drape you’re pretty much out of luck. We take every opportunity to deliver excellence no matter what space we are in.

The meeting space can be just as important as the meeting itself.

We had the opportunity to take over the legendary Fox Theatre to provide AV support for Midtown Alliance this year and what a space to bring people together!

There’s nothing quite like a meeting in a creative space filled with history, character, and a little bit of magic.

Sometimes, the old ways really are the best.

For this evening event, we went back to a classic technique: gobos. A little light, a lot of texture, and the right design came together to transform the space and create an atmosphere that felt both elegant and intentional.

We start with a blank canvas.

An empty room.
Add people.
Add technology.
Then watch it transform into an experience.

An LED wall doesn't just fill a space, it ties every moment together, making all the imagery feel intentional, immersive, and unforgettable. We had an absolute blast bringing this one to life.

We are back for our yearly trip to Las Vegas! We’re excited to once again provide AV support for a conference with our friends in the finance industry. There's nothing better than helping our clients deliver a seamless event experience, no matter where they choose to meet.

Whether your conference is in Las Vegas, Nashville, Orlando, Dallas, or anywhere in between, our team brings the same reliable service and attention to detail every time.

Stress-free AV, no matter what city you choose for your event.
