You go in stressed, overwhelmed, in your head about something.
And somewhere between the trees and the water and the sky you just... come back to yourself.
I don’t have a better explanation for it than that.
Some days it’s a national park, some days it’s a river down the road.
I’m Sara, I post about getting outside, finding spots worth the drive, and doing it as often as possible. If that’s your thing, you’re in the right place. 🌲
What’s your go-to spot right now? 👇
And honestly, most of the time you don’t even need a plan. Just pick a direction and go.
Where would you disappear to right now? 👇

Tag someone you need to take to Oregon. 🌲
The Oregon Coast lives in my head rent free.
The fog, the trees, the fact that you have zero service for like 80% of it and somehow that’s the best part. You just slow down out there. Conversations feel different. Nights feel longer.
I keep thinking about it.

We’ve officially become the family that can’t drive past a national park sign without pulling in. ⛰️
Doesn’t matter if we’re tired, it’s raining, or someone needs to p*e for the fourth time in an hour, we’re stopping. 😅
And somewhere along the way we ended up with actual favorites parks that we keep coming back to over and over again.
Olympic still surprises me every single time, and I don’t think that’ll EVER wear off.
If you’re planning a road trip this year, comment ROADTRIP and I’ll send you my free list of car essentials, it’s saved us more times than I can count. 😆
What park would make YOUR top 5? I need more ideas for next summer 👀
