Black artist and creative maker blending art, nature, sewing, pattern design, cosplay and 3D printing.
Welcome to Niftiq Studio, where every idea becomes something bold and original. My name is Kai, and I'm an abstract artist based in California, USA. My art, primarily created with acrylics, embraces a range of mixed mediums, often incorporating elements of nature like plants, flowers, earth tones, and gemstones. The inspiration for my work at Niftiq Art is deeply rooted in the natural world. The pieces I create are a reflection of nature's tranquility and grounding energy, bringing a slice of nature into every space.

One of the things I care about most with my artwork is creating pieces where Black women actually get to see ourselves.
Sometimes it’s bold, sometimes soft, sometimes funny, sometimes encouraging.
These affirmation bookmarks were one of those projects.

I’m getting back into sharing more of what I’ve been creating, so I’m starting with one of my favorites.
The Cherry Zebra Desk Mat was made for anybody who likes their workspace a little louder and a lot less basic.

It is not cute & peaceful when I sew. 😂 I be arguing with my Serger half the time. Behind everything I finish is a little chaos.
