We’re proud to offer a fun and supportive environment for everyone to work toward a fit life! We are now offering instruction in the GYROTONIC® Method.
Studio H offers the best quality in Pilates and fitness instruction in a fully equipped loft studio. Specializing in working with dancers, athletes and people of all ages and abilities. Owner, Heidi DeBrincat has been certified and teaching Pilates since 1999 and teaching dance for more than 25 years. We also have excellent Yoga classes as well as Pilates Mat, Pilates Bootcamp and Ballet Barre. Our beautiful studio uses new Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers with Towers allowing for group Reformer and Tower classes. Only 4 people per class.
