Every Saturday we link up with a “couple” running homies and stride through The City of Compton together all while smiling and enjoying each others vibes! I’ve been running with this for two years now and each and every member is so welcoming and nurturing no matter what level runner you are and this is a testament to the club founder . He had a vision for this club and it’s growing so nicely and the vibes that he emulates is thriving throughout the club! Thank you Ray for everything you do and providing a safe space for all of us! The collabs have been amazing as well and today blessed us and I’m forever grateful for these events and the ability to show that Compton has a GREAT COMMUNITY and WE ALL WANT TO BE PART OF CHANGING THE NARRATIVE IN THIS CITY! Cheers to many more miles with the crew🩵

Committing to a 12 month mastermind coaching system while creating extraordinary habits and building relationships within this community is what I am most excited about! I am investing in ME and my business at a level that I’ve never been able to do before and I am so grateful for and . I am proud of myself as well as the other 300+ founding members for being part of something that is going to change a lot of our lives! Let’s take these goals to the moon and beyond I’m so fired up about this! If you are an agent regardless of what brokerage you are with I encourage you to stay tuned for when they will be opening enrollment up again!

If we understand that comparison is the thief of joy, then qwhy do so many of us do it?

Are we conditioned to do so by our upbringings or societal standards?

Do we feel less than if we are not in the top percentile of certain categories?

Do we lack self confidence or self worth?

I imagine there are a million reasons why even the best of the best find themselves comparing to another.

As I embark on my real estate journey I often find myself questioning where would I be if I hadn’t taken a personal leave of absence from the industry and now that I’m essentially starting from the ground up I can’t help but find pure joy in this process because I’m such a different person both personally and professionally this time around.

I have reconnected with old colleagues as well as connected with some amazing new colleagues. I am investing more into my business than I ever have and the support system around me is beyond amazing.

So I say this to you and especially to myself; your no different than any other flower that has to go through a process in order to bloom and even if your petals don’t blossom as fast or as large as the flower next to you, that doesn’t mean you aren’t a successfully beautifully bloomed flower 🌻.

Growth happens when you trust the process and do the work!

Keep growing!

Love Bel🌻
