Alex Warren listening party at Fingerprints 8/22 at 7pm

We are thrilled to announce that we are hosting an EARLY listening party for the new album “Wildchild” by Alex Warren on Saturday August 22nd at 7pm. At this party we will listen to the album early, and we will have some awesome giveaways! You’ll also be able to pre-order a listening party exclusive variant of the Wildchild LP that will be SIGNED. These exclusives are only available to attendees of the listening parties! We are still stunned and aching from the news that we’ve lost Glen Hansard . Please join us for an evening this Saturday at 7pm that will include a playback of his recent March in-store here at the shop, a handful of rarities, and stage if anyone would like to play in tribute.

The first two albums, TRUE ROMANCE, and SUCKER, the VROOM VROOM ep, and mixtapes NUMBER 1 ANGEL, and POP 2 ware all getting reissued on black vinyl.

We hid this in our metal section yesterday and left a clue in our video, but so far no one has claimed it! We have a free pair of tickets to see The Sword and redfangband at the The Fonda Theatre on August 18th! These are first come, first served to the customer that finds this flat.

The Go-Betweens are one of the most beloved and influential Australian groups of all-time. Today there is great news for fans, there will be four albums reissued on vinyl individually for the first time in 30 years on September 25th. The albums are from the band’s ‘London Years’ - Liberty Belle and the Black Diamond Express (1986) and Tallulah (1987) are studio albums, while Fountains Of Youth, catches the group in imperious form at the Town and Country Club in May 1987.
