CMP Leadership Retreat 2026 was one for the books! 🖤📋
Our wonderful Corporate Mentorship Program students and facilitators came together for two days of team building, collaboration, and plenty of opportunities to connect with one another. From strengthening leadership skills to building lasting relationships, the retreat was the perfect way to launch a new academic year!
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the retreat a success! We’re excited to see what students within this year’s CMP program can accomplish.

🪄 Highlight key words & phrases from the posting in experience bullet points (Ex., team player, problem solver, analytical, creative, etc. | Showcase these skills in your listed experiences!)
🪞 Mirror your resume language to the job description (Use words & phrases you highlighted)
📌 Select your experiences that relate to the role (Have a universal resume with all your experiences! Then for each job you apply for, customize it accordingly.)
