After 11 years with NextLight, JT is officially retiring - and we have a feeling his grandkids are the ones who are most excited.

JT joined us in February 2015 and secured his place as one of the most dedicated, hardworking, and joke-telling humans on our team. A Longmont fixture since 1978, a Niwot High grad, 26 years of umpiring and coaching for the city & yes, the face behind some of our favorite NextLight photos.

He's leaving us for a life of fishing, camping, golf, and creating approximately 1,000 more grandkid stories. We couldn't be happier for him. Thanks for everything, JT. The jokes, the stories, the dedication, and the grandkid updates. Longmont is lucky to have you. 🎣⛳
