Optimize Chiropractic

Lindsay joined the Optimize team in January 2025 and was immediately drawn to chiropractic because of its holistic approach — focusing on getting to the root cause rather than just treating symptoms.
She is passionate about hearing each patient’s story and loves watching their progress as they continue care. One of her greatest strengths is the positive, uplifting energy she brings into every interaction, especially for patients who may be struggling.
What stands out to her most about Optimize?
A team that truly knows their patients — remembering names, stories, and concerns — and showing genuine care every step of the way.
Lindsay is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (graduating Dec 2026 🎓) and is pushing herself physically as she prepares to compete in a Spartan Race and run a marathon.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her at the gym or enjoying anything outdoors. Fuel of choice: a half-sweet mocha with almond milk and a good snack (cookies & cream Drizzilicious are top tier).
Her goal for every patient?
