# # Director / Head Gymnastics Coach

Logos Edge Activity Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated **Director / Head Gymnastics Coach** to lead and grow our gymnastics program in Longview, Texas.

We are looking for a strong leader with **3–5 years of gymnastics coaching experience** and the ability to coach athletes from **recreational gymnastics through elite-level training**. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, organized, and passionate about developing athletes both inside and outside the gym.

# # # Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all gymnastics programming
* Coach recreational and competitive athletes
* Develop athlete training plans and skill progressions
* Mentor and manage coaching staff
* Help grow and promote the gymnastics program
* Coordinate camps, clinics, and special events
* Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging gym culture
* Maintain strong communication with families and staff

# # # Qualifications:

* 3–5 years of gymnastics coaching experience required
* Experience coaching recreational through elite-level athletes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of gymnastics progressions and athlete development
* Ability to work evenings and some weekends
* USAG experience preferred but not required
