Sacred Terra

❤️🌻

ALWAYS!

I’m sooo thankful for each and every beautiful woman who joined us in circle yesterday.

We shared cacao, tears, laughter, stories, connection… and even a few silly dance moves! 🤣💃🏻

There are some moments in life that simply aren’t meant to be captured in pictures. They’re meant to be felt, experienced, and held in the heart.
Yesterday was one of those sacred moments. A room full of women showing up as they are, releasing what they’re ready to let go of, sharing from the heart, and holding space for one another.

Thank you, ladies, for making this evening so special.

My heart is full. 🌕

So thankful to each and every one of you for the support! it means the world to me!

Do you ever feel like you’re just… OFF?
Maybe you feel heavy, scattered, drained… like you just need a reset.

That’s exactly why I created my Custom Energy Balancing Session at Sacred Terra.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter session where I do the same thing with everyone.

We start with la plática (a heart-to-heart chat). We talk about what’s been going on with you, what you’ve been feeling, and what may be sitting heavy on your heart.

Then you’ll get comfortable, fully clothed, while I use a pendulum to scan your energy centers.

From there, I combine what you’ve shared, what I observe, and what I intuitively pick up to create a session specifically for you and what you need that day.

Depending on what comes up, your session may include things like:

• Reiki

• Sahumada

• Crystals

• Sound & vibration

• Biomagnetism

• Herbs

• Grounding/earthing

• Meditation

…and other practices I feel are appropriate for your session.

No two sessions are exactly alike because no two people are exactly alike.

Sometimes, you don’t need to “figure everything out.” Sometimes you just need a quiet space to breathe, release some of what you’ve been carrying, and give yourself a little attention.

If you’ve been feeling like you need a reset, this might be your sign.
