These days there an awful lot of idiots going around "explaining" at everybody that "the paperback is dead" "nobody buys or cares about paperbacks anymore" and "everybody knows that the future is all digital anyway."

Yeah, whatever, dude. Go back to kneeling before your shrine to holy Elon Musk and stop wasting the time of the rest of us.

Here are the stats for May of 2026. And by the way those revenue numbers for paperbacks are UP from 2025. For a business that is dead and which nobody cares about anymore paperbacks certainly do seem to be selling to an awful lot of people.
