Longview Babe Ruth serves as a healthy transition after youth baseball, which then feeds into the high school programs.
Our purpose is to build up our youth to become productive adults through good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and courage.
Update.. the board meeting and nominations will take place Tuesday, September 22nd @ 7:30pm (Roy Morse).
Longview Babe Ruth will have a board meeting on Saturday, September 19. At the end of the meeting there will be nominations for open board positions. Official time and location for the meeting are to be determined.
There will be a work party at Roy Morse on Saturday @ 9am. The game schedule this weekend will be Sunday, Oct 11…
11am- Blue vs Red (Blue home team)
1:30pm- White vs Blue (White home team)
4:00pm- Red vs White (Red home team)
We are looking forward to a great first weekend of games!

2026 LBR Fall Ball registration closes Friday the 14th at 11:59pm! Teams will be formed and coaches will be reaching out shortly after!
There will be a work party at Roy Morse park on Sunday, August 2nd at 1pm. A Longview Babe Ruth board meeting will follow the work party. Items for discussion… spring baseball league summary, 13U State Tournament summary, fall baseball, coaching inquiries, upcoming Longview Babe Ruth board nominations meeting and more.

We would like to thank everyone for coming to the 13U Babe Ruth Washington State Opening Ceremonies. Plaques were presented to Jarl Opgrande and Brian Hewitt for their induction into the Babe Ruth Hall of Fame. A big “Thank You” to Kirc Roland for emceeing and Frank Morrison for signing the national anthem. We were able to forge ahead despite some technical difficulties. We are now ready to play some baseball!

Join us this week for the 13U State Tournament! Opening ceremonies are Tuesday at 5:30pm. On Wednesday, Longivew will play Wenatchee at 4:45pm. All games will be held this year at R.A. Long High School Varsity field. Games go from Tuesaday through Saturday. Concessions will be available!
