MSIA teaches Soul Transcendence — becoming aware of yourself as a Soul and as one with God, not as a theory but as a living reality. Your Soul is who you truly are; it is more than your body, your thoughts, or your feelings. It is the highest aspect of yourself, where you and God are one. MSIA offers an approach that focuses on how to incorporate spirituality into our everyday life in a tangible,

Tomorrow morning, give yourself ten seconds that don’t belong to your phone, your plans or the roles waiting for you. ✨

Take one quiet breath and notice the simple experience of being here.

You don’t need to empty your mind, change your mood or create a special spiritual experience. Thoughts, feelings and sensations may all be present.

Let them be.

For ten seconds, simply notice that you are here to experience them—then gently begin your day. 💛

Will you try it tomorrow morning?

Some mornings, the body speaks first: lightness, tension, energy or fatigue.

Other mornings, an emotion sets the tone—or a thought begins writing the story of the day before our feet even touch the floor.

Each is a real part of our experience. And each can change. ✨

This week’s exploration isn’t asking us to reject the body, emotions or mind. It invites us to notice them closely enough to wonder:

Is any one of these layers the whole of who I am?

Which one do you usually notice first in the morning? 💛

Every morning begins with a mystery we rarely stop to notice. ✨

Before the plans, roles and noise of the day return, there is a first moment of simply being here.

Who is present in that moment?

This week, we’ll follow John-Roger’s invitation to discover—not merely believe—what is always awake within us.

Tomorrow morning, pause for one breath before reaching for your phone or beginning the day.

What do you notice? 💛

TRYING TO MANIFEST LOVE.
“How come I can’t get a perfect relationship?”

From the outside, other people’s relationships can appear easier, happier or more complete than our own.

John-Roger’s response is simple:

“Quit looking out there.”

Perhaps this isn’t about withdrawing from others or blaming ourselves. It may be an invitation to pause the comparison and become curious about the relationship taking place within us—our expectations, reactions, needs and the way we hold our own heart. ✨

What might you notice if you stopped looking outward for the answer? 💛

What if our relationships could also invite us to become more curious about ourselves? ✨

When an interaction moves us deeply, we might gently pause and ask:

What is happening within me?What am I needing right now?How am I speaking to myself in this moment?

Turning inward doesn’t mean ignoring the other person—or taking responsibility for what isn’t ours. It simply creates space for another layer of awareness.

What might become visible if you listened within? 💛

What if the relationship you’ve been searching for begins within? ✨

It’s easy to look outward—to other people, other couples and other lives—and wonder why they seem to have what we’re missing.

But first and foremost, there is the relationship we have with ourselves. Every relationship is experienced within us: in how we listen to ourselves, respond to our own needs, meet our expectations and lovingly hold our own heart—and, from there, how we relate to others.

This week, we’re exploring a simple invitation from John-Roger:

“Quit looking out there.”

What might become visible if you turned your attention inward? 💛
