What an absolute privilege it was to take these portraits…as Mikey was one of my VERY FIRST students. I met him when he was just in 6th grade!

I have kept up with his journey over the years and my heart was filled to see his accomplishments as a young man all of these years later.

In January, we relaunched student nights for our Lighthouse Youth — and in doing so, it gave way to some pretty cool themes and the opportunity to practice my amateur graphic design skills for . 😂

This was one of my favorite themes from the semester, not just from the design aspect — but the subject too.

Doing this “Christian thing” is something that MUST be done ON PURPOSE. Make no mistake…growth is NOT an accident.
