What a night! ❤️🖤 The One Voice team had an incredible time at Women Behind the Brand, and we are so thankful to have been chosen as the beneficiary.

Meet Nicole Jones from Levelland, Texas! 💙

As a Care Coordinator, Nicole believes that every survivor deserves the opportunity to experience the freedom and joy of beginning their healing journey in a safe, Christ-centered environment, free from fear of judgment. As she beautifully puts it, "We may not always get to see the fruits of our labor, but we do get the opportunity to sow seeds."

Our One Voice staff show up every day with hearts ready to serve, bringing hope, healing, and unwavering support to every survivor they encounter. We are endlessly grateful for their compassion and dedication because without them, this mission would not be possible.

Sometimes people ask how we measure success.

This is it.

💛 We celebrated the birthday of one of the 16-year-olds in Haven. For many youth, birthdays haven't always included safety, joy, or people who show up. Watching her be celebrated simply because she matters is something we never want to take for granted.

💙 In Adventure, we're celebrating a resident reaching her first 30 days. Thirty days of showing up, choosing stability, taking one step at a time, and continuing to move toward independence.

💚 In Aftercare, she was accepted into South Plains College! Watching survivors continue to chase dreams long after they leave our program is one of the greatest reminders that healing doesn't end when a program does—it keeps growing.

🤍 And in Journey, we're celebrating one of the residents reaching 90 days in the program. Ninety days of choosing healing, building trust, learning new skills, and doing the incredibly hard work of rewriting a story that was never supposed to define her.

Some survivors recently visited the Museum at Texas Tech University! 🦕

They loved learning about the history of the South Plains, seeing all the different animal exhibits, and exploring artwork created by women for women. It was a fun, meaningful day getting out in the community and experiencing something new together!

At One Voice, we've learned that healing isn't found in one defining moment. It's built in hundreds of ordinary moments, a safe place to sleep, someone who keeps their word, a classroom that encourages growth, counseling that brings hope, and a community that refuses to give up.
We're thankful for the opportunity to walk that journey with survivors every day.
