Jayton! You’re such a kind, warm soul. Taking your senior pictures was a treat. You’re up for whatever idea I have and simply respond with “yes ma’am”—your mom & dad did a stellar job raising you, kid. You are going to do great things.

To say I’m proud we share the same last name would be an understatement. Tye is genuinely good and you know it within a millisecond of being next to him. I’ve always told Landon (Tye’s uncle) that dogs & babies know Landon is good. I guess it’s a Ketchersid thing. Dog’s & babies know that about Tye too 🫶🏻

I’m not the best poet as you’re probably figuring out right now 😆 But how do you put it accurately into words how special this kid is? Debby Duncan Ketchersid Keila Ayers Ketchersid kallie ketchersid Kayci Ketchersid Smith Morgan Nauert can I get an amen?!

Lastly, the weather—I drove from Littlefield watching the clouds and radar the whole time. I was assured there would be no rain in Ropesville. I pulled up, got out of the car, looked up and there was a rain cloud right above me 🫠 then the wind blew in. We decided to reschedule, but good thing Keila & I like to talk because as we’re talking the rain stops and the wind died down. I had no idea if we had seconds or minutes but I told Tye to throw that jersey back on and roll.

All I can say is LOOK AT THAT SKY.

We had a whole hour of perfect lighting and beautiful rain clouds.

I got to hang out with Mr. Tate for a week in Oregon on a mission trip. This kid is pretty special. Always happy to do the work put in front him. Like restoring this truck.

Round of applause for maybe the coolest truck I’ve photographed to date. Especially that it is a vintage Dodd Ford. Don’t let that detail go unnoticed ❤️

And as always we’ll praise God for our West Texas sunsets.

I’ve been Addi’s photographer since she was a senior in high school (and her hygienist before that! 🫶🏻). Then she called me when she met this guy named Tyler 🥰 We did a couple’s session, but I knew it wouldn’t be long before I got another phone call for some engagement photos. You could tell he was the one.

Tyler, you’re pretty awesome. Obviously I’m kind of fond of Addi so when you look at her like you do or you kindly take every photo pose we think of 😆 …you won me over too.

So excited for January 2027! 💍

Two weeks ago Cora and I got to be a part of a mission trip with DiscipleTrips to Portland, Oregon. This being my first mission trip ever I didn’t know what to expect. We went with willing hands and came home with full hearts.

Metro Church of Christ - what a sweet group of loving people. Your warm welcome to our crew was life impacting. Thank you for breakfast every morning and smiling faces. I was impressed by your outreach efforts in either supplying young moms with much needed maternity/baby clothes/newborn items to making sure migrant families have food to eat on Wednesday nights at the church to socializing every Monday night with the Gresham community at the park. You really do want people to KNOW Jesus and you love without fear. I teared up hearing your voices surrounding me at Sunday worship. You are my family I didn’t know I had. What a sweet gift it was to meet you all!

Hope’s Garden Maternity Home what a work you are doing to love on young mothers and their children—to provide a safe house for them to live and grow in. We were truly inspired by your work.

projectantioch what a sweet night of fellowship! The singing was incredible and thanks for showing me what real strawberry plants look like 😆 They don’t do as well in my back yard.

Camp Yamhill what an amazing place! We came to work but you blessed us instead by letting us enjoy the campgrounds. I wish Oregon was a lot closer.

To the Shally crew— all I’ve got to say is 2 things:
