TTU Meat Judging Camp 2 brought the heat!

This weekend was packed with learning, competition, and plenty of fun! Campers spent time in the meat lab learning the fundamentals of meat judging while making memories along the way! From dodgeball and kickball to a stadium tour and grilling their own pork chops, there was never a dull moment! They wrapped up the weekend with a great contest, and a chance to show off what they learned!

Meat Judging Camp 1 was a success! 🥩

This weekend, campers sharpened their skills in grading, placing classes, questions, retail ID, and reasons while building confidence and making new friends along the way! We loved seeing their hard work and enthusiasm throughout the weekend. Great kids, great memories, and a whole lot of fun!

The 2026 Beef x Dairy Symposium is officially in the books!

This week, we were proud to host more than 300 attendees representing leaders across both the beef and dairy industries for meaningful conversations centered on the future of red meat yield. From genetics and carcass composition to emerging technologies, this symposium highlighted the innovation and collaboration driving our industry forward.
