Above average temperatures for the region Wednesday afternoon. Upper 90s for areas on the Caprock and lower 100s for areas off the Caprock. Winds will be breezy from the south at about 10-15 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph. Mostly sunny and dry conditions are expected.

Temperatures will stay steady in the upper 90s for the next seven days. Although slightly above the average temperature of 94°, we are sitting right were we should be for this time of year.
