Some of the most meaningful ministry can happen in the everyday details!
We’re hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to help create a welcoming, well-supported environment for our staff, church family, and guests. This role is perfect for someone who loves serving people, creating order, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
From keeping our office and church spaces ready for ministry to supporting staff, communications, meetings, and administrative projects, this person will play an important part in helping our church run smoothly.
If you’re organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and excited to use your skills to support the work of Redeemer, we’d love to hear from you!

"Jesus paid it all
All to Him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow."
In Jesus’ parable of the unforgiving servant, a man is forgiven a debt he could never repay. It points us to the even greater mercy of God, that we could never repay the debt of our sin, but in his kindness, God has made a way for us to be forgiven through Jesus’ death and resurrection!
This Sunday, we’ll read Matthew 18:21–35 and consider how the forgiveness we’ve received from God changes the way we forgive others.

One students ministry. 25 schools represented. A whole lot of stories of God at work!
Last week, our Redeemer Students family got around the table. Students, parents, siblings, and leaders shared a meal, spent time together, and celebrated what God is building here.
This is what we’re after.
We want to partner with parents and leaders to connect 6th–12th graders to the love of God, the Word of God, and the people of God.
Not just students who know the right answers. Disciples who actually follow Jesus. Students who obey Him, love their neighbors, live out their faith at school, and take the gospel wherever God sends them.
Different schools. Different stories. One students ministry. One mission.
Following Jesus together. Day by day.
What if joining God’s mission began with something as simple as picking up someone from the airport? 🛬
When Rabpreet arrived in Lubbock, a local family welcomed him into their lives. They signed up to give him a ride from the airport, but didn’t stop there! They invited him to church, faithfully prayed for him, and included him in their life as a member of their family. The Lord used their simple, faithful hospitality and friendship to draw Rabpreet to faith in Jesus!
You don’t have to travel across the world to participate in God’s global mission. People from around the world are already here in Lubbock, and inviting someone into your everyday life can open the door to meaningful friendship, gospel conversations, and opportunities to share your faith!

Our parking team volunteers are the real MVPs of Sunday mornings! 🙌
They are some of the first people you interact with when you arrive, helping you find a spot and welcoming you before you ever walk through the doors!
Our parking lot can get especially busy during the transitions between our later services, but our team is there to help keep things moving and point you in the right direction. Just follow their lead, they’re glad to help!

What does it look like to be faithful while trusting God with what we cannot control?
In Mark 4:26–29, Jesus compares the kingdom of God to a farmer scattering seed. The farmer has real work to do, but he cannot make the seed grow. In the same way, God calls us to faithful obedience while reminding us that lasting growth in our lives, in others, and in His kingdom can only come from Him.
This morning, we’ll consider where God is calling us to scatter the seed of the gospel and where we need to release control and wait expectantly for Him to give the growth.
