Eeeek! I'm so excited. Most of you know our story and know it's been a long long road over the last several years of fertility hurdles and very small litters. Feeling so thankful and grateful. Ella and Journey are such beautiful hearts.

Puppy count resuls are almost in! Let's just say.... If you've been holding your breath not wanting to get your hopes up it's finally time to get your hopes up! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

Miss Ella is soaking her sore feet because this girl is growing! And she has put almost 20 lbs on her sweet little frame. It's all baby.

As soon as I get the pictures of the x-rays I'll post those with the estimated number and you can have fun counting for yourself! 😅

I love Ella's smile. ❤️ The quintessential Labrador face when it gets all soft and sweet. I'm excited to see how many babies our beautiful first time momma is growing.

Praying for a very smooth and healthy delivery next week. 🙏

Ella has 9 days to go! She is growing bigger every day with her sweet babies. She's getting lots of love, extra rest and extra food. 😄

I'm working on getting our maternity ward set up and shopping all those last-minute supplies!

Pupdate on Lewis! He's 6 months old already and just completed his first road trip to visit northern California and the redwoods! ❤️ He was a traveling champ! So good. And look how quickly he's catching up with Major. Lol. Such a sweet, good boy.

My dream to breed Labradors started when I was 13. I was obsessed and in love with these beautiful, loyal dogs. The hunt, the form, the function,the tradition, the commitment and the great dogs that came before. What really made them great? The rise and fall of trends and how to cut through them. Now, in my mid 40s, I'm 5 years in and honestly it's been the hardest thing I've ever done even while it's been the most rewarding. A commitment to furthering the breed and assessing your dog's flaws and attributes honestly while being 100% in love and committed to them. Knowing your limits! Knowing when to grow and push. And yes, the commitment and responsibility you feel for each and every puppy that comes out of your home and the amazing joy when you get those notes and messages about how much joy they bring their families. ❤️
