🔥 BIG fires start small!

With dry conditions and shifting winds, it doesn’t take much for a small backyard fire to turn into a fast-moving emergency. Over the past few days, our crews have responded to several outside fires sparked by fireworks, proof that it only takes one spark to create a dangerous situation.

REMINDER: There is a Stage 2 county wide burn ban and a state wide burn ban currently in place.

🚒 It just takes one spark to turn into a big fire.

There’s nothing quite like a visit from your biggest fan ❤️

24-hour shifts mean missing bedtime stories, dinner table chats, and a lot of the little everyday moments with family back home. It’s one of the harder parts of the job.

So when this little one stopped by to visit her dad on shift today, it made everything a little brighter. A few minutes of getting to sit in the rig, a big hug, and just enough time together to make the rest of the shift feel a little shorter.

Thank you for the visit sweet girl, you’re welcome at the station anytime.

To our incredible community, thank you ❤️

Whether you voted, shared a post, showed up to an event this summer, or simply waved to us when the trucks rolled by, thank you for your support. We appreciate you!

While our Station 61 crew was down at the Blaine Marina this evening, we had a very special visitor stop by. Spider-Man himself decided to take a break from web-slinging to check out one of our engines. Turns out even a superhero can’t resist a good fire truck 🚒

Thank you to everyone who came out to National Night Out!

Events like this remind us why community connection matters so much, it’s not just about the trucks and gear, it’s about building relationships with the neighbors we’re proud to serve. Thank you for coming out, asking questions, and bringing your families to meet your local first responders.

See you next year! 🚒🚑🚓
