This week's staff spotlight goes to 19 year employee Felicha!!

"I believe great customer service never goes out of style. As a Licensed Insurance Account Representative with 26 years of insurance experience, including the last 18 years with Pat’s agency, I enjoy helping customers find the right coverage, and provide knowledgeable and accurate insurance information with a smile.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me on a cruise ship with my daughter, dancing to Michael Jackson, baking one of my delicious pound cakes, or loudly cheering for my Atlanta Falcons. (I’m a loyal fan no matter what! DB4L) I’m a girl who loves football.

Give me a call, I’m here to help!"
