These babies get fresh air everyday.... new/clean room with a touch of western flare. This makes cleaning brooders sooooo easy, human door to give them fresh water and clean brooders everyday.... no more running up /downstairs to take care of them..!!!
Just a short 30 min drive from my Madison house...life is good!!!!
I had my first 2 customers today here at the farm.. I was proud to share this experience of picking up chicks!!! Thank you Michael and Harley!!! Enjoy your new little ones!
This morning I finally went thru my brooders just to see which breeds i actually have available.... with the big move, I didn't have time until today.
It's awesome to show people where their babies come from vs just having the adults at the farm.
Now it shows a full picture of all the work that goes on at RAR.
Mulberry trees...who has them on your property?!?
My hens absolutely love spending time under them, eating all the berries that fall to the ground.

For all you chick masters out there who need a containment situation, my hubby and I have crafted a genius box to corral those little balls of fluff when you're opening up the GQF trays - and let's be real, it's a game-changer for other incubators too, especially NR360s!! I've been down the road of chick chaos in my son's room, where they somehow managed to infiltrate every nook and cranny... under the bed, in the closet, on top of dirty laundry... 😂😂😂😂. No more, no more! If you're interested in one of these magical boxes at a price that won't break the bank, my hubby's your guy. Slide me a pm, and we can even customize the size.

Ive been stating RAR has made strides at the farm. This is my new "The Clutch" room. A video of the brooder room will be shared soon.
Having an official room for hatching is very exciting. RAR is now just a short 30 minute drive from where you all are accustomed to picking up your chicks at my Madison house!
Mama taught her babies to look in the cracks of the barn for treats!
I love hen raised babies. They get to experience soooo much! Today is their first day out of the crate with Mama...I have a feeling they will rest well tonight...possibly her intention 😂
Mama is a beautiful black silver laced orpington.
I gave her 5 brahmas and 5 black cuckoo orpington babies.
I could sit and watch this all day long and get nothing done😂🤣😅
One of my black silver laced earned the gift of baby chicks...she waited patiently in her nesting box just like all our broody mamas do ❤️.
I picked 8 little chicks for her to raise, 4 brahmas & 4 orpingtons..future videos will be posted as she raises them this summer!
