🚧 PARDON OUR PROGRESS! 🚧
We’re doing a little work on the way into High Ground this week! Please use the front door of the shop to enter and exit for the time being.
We apologize for the inconvenience (and the trek to your car 😅), but we’re currently working on reworking the steps into the store AND the ramp to make things better!
We are still OPEN! 🎉
Thanks for bearing with us while we continue to make improvements around here. Progress is messy, but it’s worth it! ❤️

🎲 WHAT A WEEKEND! 🎲

We had a busy one at High Ground, and we couldn't be happier about it!

🔥 Over 100 Magic players joined us for our Reality Fracture Pre-Release this weekend! Huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a great weekend.

🏆 Friday Winner: Triston
👥 2-Headed Giant Winners: Arturo & Drew
🏆 Saturday Winner: Cody

And Sunday was packed with D&D players too! We had so many adventurers in the building that groups took their games outside and made use of our patio and gazebo to get their campaigns rolling. 🎲🌳

We love seeing the space filled with people playing games, hanging out, and making memories together. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who spent part of your weekend with us! We're already looking forward to another busy week! 🎲☕️

🚨 WE’RE HIRING! 🚨

High Ground Hobbies & Café is looking for a Manager to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable leading a team, and ready to help keep the day-to-day operations of a busy hobby and gaming store running smoothly.

The Details:
🎲 Approximately 35 hours per week
🗓️ Open availability required
👥 At least 2 years of management experience required
🎮 No gaming experience necessary!
💬 Experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment is a plus

You do not need to be a gamer to apply. We can teach you about the games and hobbies we sell. What we need is someone who knows how to lead a team, take care of customers, stay organized, and keep things moving.

This is a hands-on position. Our managers help lead the team, take care of customers, keep things running smoothly, and make sure High Ground stays the friendly, welcoming game store our community knows and loves.
