This past weekend was Rockford 70.3

We made it one of our "Team Events" and jeez did everyone show up! Our local team and so many of our remote athletes! We walk away with so much excitement for everyones performances. It was one our best weekends as a team, so many personal best performances and camaraderie!

This past weekend in Rockford was a big weekend and these amazing people drove down to support the athletes racing. We cannot express our gratitude enough for being there, it’s truly amazing 🧡💙

Lake Mills 2026 🥰 "That was great day" is what we said when we were driving away. We had a great group of people volunteering throughout the day (rockstars) and the team did amazing! Everyone raced hard and then hung out on the course and supported with great energy! Bring on 2026!

The start of the season is tomorrow and we are PUMPED! Here are some tips that we encourage when racing tomorrow at Lake Mills!

The races are approaching! We had a great weekend with some great weather! Saturday we went north and found a nice loop to do our longer intervals 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️Sunday we met in Middleton and did some of our signature intervals later in the long run 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
