Meet Buddy! This 11-year-old Cocker Spaniel is friendly, loves to play, and is house-trained. He LOVES other dogs and wants to be near them all the time! Got cats? Buddy is good with feline friends, too.

Due to his age, Buddy has some health issues typical of senior dogs. He has a heart murmur that does not currently cause any symptoms and some arthritis that does not keep him from loving his walks and pulling hard on his leash.

Buddy loves his people very much and is always up for attention and snuggles. If you have a spot in your home for a fuzzy old man who will bark loudly at you for about 10 minutes and then love you forever, come meet Buddy!

Looking for a confidence boost?? Callie is a dog who literally smiles at you anytime she sees you.. even if you make eye contact from a different room (see pic 3)!

Callie is a 7 year old, 55 lb corgi mix who is working hard to lose a few (or 15) pounds.
Callie is low energy and trusted to free roam in her foster’s apartment with another calm dog. She walks well on leash, but she does startle easily and is nervous to meet new people. Once she knows you, she loves pets and snuggles. And smiling all day at you!! 💚

Please spread the word that if anyone needs a little assistance with feeding their pets (mainly cats and dogs), we have a FREE pet food pantry at the store.

They can pick up the food they need ONCE per month. If they cannot get here, you can pick it up for them, you’ll just put their name down when you sign it out.

You’ll let a Second Chance volunteer know that you are there to pick up some pet food and they will make sure you are all set!

PLUS!!! All of our foster families get first-dibs on adopting their foster pups, like adoptable Holly and Daisy. This means you get two weeks to figure out if a puppy is the right fit for you. If not, no worries! We'll work with you to find the perfect home for your foster pup.
