DAX800XR KENWOOD EXCELON 8 INCH

DAX800XR

This receiver's 8" high-definition display shows off all your HD Radio™ stations, high-res music files, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and the deep sound-sculpting tools that your factory radio can't deliver
Since this is an Excelon model, Kenwood includes audiophile-grade internal components, ultra-clean 5-volt preamp outputs for your amplifiers, and a 2-year warranty for additional peace of mind — there's even an optical digital output to connect select digital signal processors for all you audio-engineering hobbyists
This receiver is made to directly replace your factory display while tucking the chassis or "guts" of the system securely out of sight — all without modifications to your dash or factory controls
Connect up to four cameras, including a front and rear HD camera (sold separately), and show that gloriously clear video on this Kenwood receiver's 8" touchscreen display
Deep tone controls include a 13-band parametric graphic equalizer, digital time alignment, digital signal processing to adapt to poor speaker locations, and a 2- or 3-way crossover system to refine your sound when adding amplifiers for all your speakers

In addition to an APX kit and Maestro interface, you'll need a vehicle-specific wiring harness since this receiver comes with no harness — once you've selected your vehicle online, we'll show compatibility information and all parts required
You can only view video on the receiver if the parking brake is connected and set
For the best wired CarPlay performance, use an Apple certified USB cable
