Leadership in hospitality has never really been about the title on your name tag. It's the way you handle a slammed Friday night, how you step in when a teammate's struggling, and the small moments that make a guest (or a coworker) feel like they matter.

That's exactly what Annie Frisoli, Founder & CEO of Creating Community, is kicking off our Women in Hospitality Conference with. Her opening keynote, The Leadership Journey: Creating Connection that Lasts, is part stories, part reflection, and all about the influence you already have, whether you run the whole operation or you're just figuring out where you're headed next.

Come ready to think about where you've been as a leader, and leave with a few real ideas for building teams where people actually want to stay.

Congratulations to Edna Noll, one of three recipients of the 2026 Women in Hospitality Rising Star Award! 🌟

After nearly 30 years in healthcare, Edna took a courageous leap and pursued her longtime dream of owning a café and sharing Brazilian cuisine.

In her first few months as the owner of Brew 52 in Mukwonago, she has grown the business, expanded the team and improved the customer experience, all while preserving the menu and welcoming atmosphere the community already loved.

Whether she is helping a barista, clearing tables or greeting guests with her unmistakable smile, Edna leads from wherever she is needed. Her next chapter is just beginning, and it is already bringing new flavor, energy and opportunity to her community.

Help us celebrate 2026 Rising Star Award recipient Edna Noll!
