Our first international Cooking Dinner event of the academic year is Saturday, September 26th. Cooking starts at 3 pm and dinner follows at 6:30 pm. We still need cooks for this Saturday. Please sign up or encourage your friends to do so: Here is the link to sign up: https://cpcmadison.wufoo.com/forms/zy6okq60anpjra/

For those who are not familiar with this event, International Cooking and Dinner is a free event held the fourth Saturday of the month during the academic year. A diverse group of people come together to use the modern kitchen and dining hall at Christ Presbyterian Church to cook and share dishes from their countries. Participants come from all parts of the world and are eager to share their rich culinary heritage with Americans. The Wisconsin State Journal called this event the "Best Kept Dining Secret in Madison". The event location is 944 East Gorham Street, Madison WI 53703.

Come and be part of this great global feast. This is a free event and we even provide all the ingredients needed, and you cook. You don't necessarily need to cook in order to participate.

At the last Global Spouse Circle meeting (September 17), we had a boat trip on Lake Monona. We all enjoyed seeing and taking pictures of the beautiful scenery of our local lakes in Madison.

This Wednesday (September 23), we will meet at Eagle Heights – Community Center (611 Eagle Heights Drive) at 1:00pm. Join us with your children and friends.
