Last month, SHRM volunteer leaders from across Wisconsin came together for the 2026 WI SHRM Volunteer Leader Conference!

Our volunteer leaders are truly the backbone of our chapters and State Council. They bring passion, dedication, fresh ideas, and BIG hearts to advancing the HR profession throughout Wisconsin. ❤️

Over two energizing days, attendees had the opportunity to:

💡 Gain fresh insight into SHRM’s strategic direction
🛠️ Explore practical tools and strategies to strengthen their impact
🤝 Build meaningful connections with fellow leaders from across the state
🎯 Strengthen alignment between SHRM, WI SHRM, and our local chapters
✨ Exchange ideas and inspiration to bring back to their chapters and communities

Whether stepping into a volunteer leadership role for the first time or continuing years of service, VLC is about bringing our leaders together to learn from one another, recharge, and strengthen the connections that make our SHRM community so special.
