Movement Church

October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and we're looking forward to celebrating the pastors who faithfully lead and serve Movement Church! 🧡

We’re collecting cards and letters, along with donations toward a special gift for our pastors. On Sunday, October 18th, we’ll celebrate together with a potluck lunch following service! Click the link below for all the details, to contribute toward the gift, or to sign up to bring a dish.

Spiritual maturity is not about performing better for God — it’s about seeing yourself rightly in Him.

You are not called to stay stuck in the same cycles forever. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in those who believe.

So maybe the prayer today is simple:

“God, mature me. Grow me up. Change what I cannot change on my own.”

Because maturity doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we surrender to the Father and let Him form us.

Maturity begins when we stop trying to prove who we are and start living from who God says we are.

Lord, grow us up. Mature our hearts. Form Christ in us.
