We’re excited to welcome back Connection Crew by Covve for another unforgettable connection experience at CultureCon West 2026!

Their session is titled: “The Joyful Connection Masterclass: Make a Real Friend and Learn 3 Activities to Build Belonging”

You know that feeling after a conference session where you took some good notes…but didn’t actually meet anyone? This is the opposite of that.

For 75 minutes, connection pros from the Connection Crew will guide attendees through joyful, low pressure activities designed to make meaningful connection feel natural and easy.

His session is titled: “What Neuroscience Reveals About Leading Change That Sticks”

After 15 years of helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and ex*****on, Allen began seeing the same patterns emerge across transformation efforts impacting hundreds of thousands of employees.

🎤 “If you were able to offload five hours of writing email, do you then write five more hours of email? If you’re doing that, you’re just running faster on the same treadmill.”

Emily Mabie of Zapier led a session at CultureCon 2026 called “Making Time for the Human: Lightening the Load with AI.”

To find out where her own time was going, she connected an AI agent to her calendar, her Gmail and her Slack and asked it. What came back was 25% of her week in team standups, and very little time spent connecting with the people she works with. She took that number to her manager along with what she planned to do about it.

His session is titled: “Tame Your Imposter Syndrome: Unlock Real, Lasting Confidence”

Culture leaders spend a lot of time helping other people feel confident, supported, and valued. But who is helping the people doing that work?

Even experienced leaders can find themselves questioning whether they belong in the room, downplaying their accomplishments, or wondering if they’re really qualified for the role they’ve earned.

In this highly interactive workshop, Kyle will help attendees better understand imposter syndrome, challenge the myths that keep leaders stuck in self doubt, and build confidence that lasts longer than a pep talk.

Through guided exercises, personal reflection, and peer discussion, participants will explore how professional identity can fuel self doubt and practice strategies for recognizing their accomplishments and showing up with greater confidence.
And attendees won’t just leave with ideas. They’ll build their own toolkit of practical resources they can use personally and bring back to their organizations.
