Concero

Concero Search Partners is a national, full-service executive search firm specializing in the software sales arena. Our team of top recruiters brings over 20 years of search experience in both the corporate and agency setting – all of it exclusively in the software space. Our success in that specialized vertical doesn’t just stem from experience; it’s a direct result of how we work – even when we’re not working for a specific client. At every turn, Concero is actively cultivating and expanding a network of top revenue producers through a variety of traditional and innovative channels. Because we live and breathe exclusively in the software realm, we are able to conduct candidate outreach in the most remote corners of the industry and maintain continual contact with the best of the best. The breadth and depth of that network allows us to remain highly selective on behalf of our clients. Instead of throwing a lot of “maybes” your way, Concero can take a more measured and precise approach to candidate identification. Knowing our clients – and knowing our candidates – allows Concero to provide comprehensive end-to-end recruitment services in the most efficient way possible. Depending on your internal HR bandwidth, we can manage the very early phases of the hiring process: position specifics, candidate profiling, compensation. After sourcing, Concero conducts exhaustive screening to your specifications, schedules interviews, verifies skills and references, and facilitates the on-boarding process. And at every stage, we provide best-in-class reporting for complete transparency.
