Today, NorthStar Security Group joins Americans across the country in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the first responders, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, service members, and ordinary citizens who demonstrated extraordinary courage in one of our nation's darkest moments.

We remember those who never made it home.

We honor those who answered the call.

We will never forget.

PROPERTY MANAGERS & BUSINESS OWNERS:

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU REVIEWED YOUR SECURITY PLAN?

Security needs can change over time.

A property that didn't need security coverage two years ago may have different challenges today.

New tenants, construction, changes in surrounding properties, increased foot traffic, parking concerns, vandalism, trespassing, employee safety concerns, or access-control problems can all change a property's security profile.

Consider asking:

• Are unauthorized people regularly accessing the property?

• Are doors, gates, or access points being left unsecured?

• Are parking problems becoming difficult for management to handle?

• Are incidents occurring after the management office closes?

• Are employees regularly dealing with confrontational situations?

• Are maintenance or property-damage concerns going unnoticed overnight?

• Would a visible security presence benefit residents, employees, customers, or visitors?

You may not need 24/7 security.

You may need several hours of coverage.

You may need mobile patrol.

You may need temporary coverage.

The right answer depends on the property.

NorthStar Security Group can discuss your current concerns and help determine what type of security coverage may make sense.
