It’s breezy and casual at the Dane County Wednesday Market today 8:30-12:30! We have rhubarb orange scones, granola, bialys and fresh bagels. AND Rhett from Radical Coffee hooked me up with this amazing iced latte so what could make this day better? Ok, strawberries are out! Like they are really here!

At the Wednesday market I get a chance to talk to customers and farmers and grab some things for myself: rhubarb for scones, honey for our granola, veg for bialys and greens for dinner. I spied this perfect Everything Bagel in Wednesday’s bake and decided to try and document it’s journey from my kitchen to someone’s belly. Notice the crazy perfect pyramid of Maldon! I bagged and waited to chat up the first person to order a single Everything. Alex was super kind and agreed to document our bagel, now her bagel, and it’s final destination at her desk at work.
