Happy Islamic New Year to all who celebrate!

I am blessed to have my best friend as my wife. These past 24 years we’ve been able to serve each other with a smile from the heart. Happy Anniversary Barb!

On Sunday, June 7th, I attended SASD's historic outdoor graduation ceremony at Vollrath Park. Graduates from all five Sheboygan Area School District high schools - Central High School, Étude High School, George D. Warriner High School, North High School, and South High School - walked 'the bowl’ and received their diplomas.

It was another great day to walk the bowl, congratulating students and their parents. I am so proud of the graduates of the Sheboygan Area School District and all they have accomplished. Congratulations on reaching this important milestone; your future is bright, and the best is yet to come!

On Monday I visited Lakeshore college. It was such a treat to see all the advancements they are making on campus!

Yesterday I was delighted to join in the groundbreaking ceremonies for Farnsworth and Urban Middle School. This is an exciting new chapter for SASD and the students they serve!

Today is end gun violence awareness day. This past session I was proud to be on multiple pieces of safe gun legislation, such as a 48 hour waiting period and background checks.

June is national safety month. Thank you to all of our safety professionals for keeping our workplaces protected.

Yesterday I visited Sheboygan South to talk to an education class full of students planning to become teachers. It was amazing to see what elements they thought should be included in their dream school!
