Today our team had the opportunity to learn from some outstanding speakers who shared a valuable legal perspective on why insurance coverage matters.

A big thank you to Morris Lilienthal with Martinson & Beason, P.C. for answering questions from our agents and helping us better understand the real-world impact of coverage decisions, especially when it comes to uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) limits. Many drivers on the road carry little to no insurance, making it critical to review your own coverage and ensure you're adequately protected if the unexpected happens.

We also appreciated hearing from Carter Montgomery about estate planning, liability protection, and the importance of planning ahead to protect your family and assets.

Discussions like these help our agents continue to grow as trusted advisors and better serve the individuals and families who place their trust in us.

We wrapped up the afternoon with Taco Mama and some great conversation.

Our Personal Lines team wrapped up Spirit Week last week, and what may have sounded a little cheesy at first ended up being a week full of laughs, connection, and a lot of team bonding.

From themed days and games to our company picnic, it gave us the chance to slow down from the everyday rush and spend time getting to know each other better. Strong teams don’t happen by accident, and taking time to connect outside of the normal workflow reminded us just how important teamwork and communication really are.

We also used the week to collaborate on ways to better serve our customers, improve efficiency, and continue finding the best ways to help protect what matters most to the families and businesses who trust us every day.
