At the Transformation Center, our mission is to make health and fitness accessible and achievable for all, especially for those who don’t find their fit or feel comfortable in a typical gym. We offer three highly successful programs (listed below) - join us for workouts in-person or streamed online. Our trainers change it up so you’ll never do the same workout twice! Fit Over 50
Small Group Personal Training, with safe, functional fitness to improve balance, flexibility and strength for those in their 50s and above
Killer Kurves
Supportive, non-judgmental weight loss program for those with 40 or more pounds to lose
Sweat Fit
Fast, effective and fun workouts to build strength, lean muscle, and overall fitness

We’ve been proud to be recognized by Madison over the years, but this year feels different. You took us all the way to GOLD. Every vote, every referral, every friend you’ve brought through our doors, and every workout you’ve shared with us helped make this happen. We’re incredibly grateful.
