We’ll take our coffee with a little rum in it. ☕️🥃 It is National Coffee Day, after all!

Inspired by an Iced Thai Coffee, Café Chatuchak is our White Russian riff with rich coffee flavors, creamy sweetness, and a little cardamom and orange to round it all out.

If an iced latte sounds good right now, this is where we’d point you.

We care a lot about what goes into our spirits, and that starts long before anything reaches the distillery. 🌾

That’s one of the reasons we’re proud to work with Meadowlark, a local farm committed to regenerative agriculture and growing real food while building healthier soils, protecting our water, and strengthening our rural communities.

There’s a pretty great full-circle story here, too. The organic grain we source from Meadowlark becomes part of what we make at State Line, and after distilling, the spent grain goes on to local farms where it can be put to good use rather than going to waste.

Better ingredients. Less waste. A lighter footprint. And a partnership that keeps things close to home.

That’s a win all around. 🥃🌾

Light to Life is light, refreshing, a little bubbly and pretty much perfect when you’re not quite ready for the heavier fall drinks.

A proper Mai Tai needs a rum that can keep up. 🍹

Until we released our Navy Strength Rum, we hadn’t been able to get quite as close to the dynamic flavors of the classic Mai Tai.

Traditionally, Jamaican and Martinique rums brought the proof and that signature “rum funk,” or hogo. Our production team set out to create that same depth here at State Line, building a dunder pit similar to the sour mash process used in bourbon production.
The result? Navy Strength Rum brought the proof, the hogo and exactly what our Mai Tai was missing.
