WILD GRACE | RESTORATIVE WOMEN’S DAY RETREAT | Nov 8 11am-5pm | WORLD CENTER EQUESTRIAN & Organic Farm RIO, WI

This retreat was created for women who spend so much of their lives leading, facilitating, creating, caring, and holding space for others.

A day to tend to your nervous system, restore your capacity, reconnect with your wholeness, and experience what it feels like to be deeply supported and nourished.

To reconnect with your body and breath.

To spend time on the land and in relationship with ourselves, each other, and the horses.

To be deeply nourished.

To notice what restores you, what depletes you, and what you’re ready to let go of.

You’ll leave with greater clarity around what you need to feel resourced, embodied practices you can return to in everyday life, and a deeper connection to yourself, others, and the way you want to live and lead.

And you’ll explore real, tangible ways to restore your capacity and nourish your life beyond the work, so you can create a more sustainable way of living and leading without sacrificing your wholeness in the process.

🥕 A nourishing seasonal Ayurvedic lunch + refreshments lovingly prepared by our private Ayurvedic chef, Stephanie Rose Sacred Rose Ayurveda

✨ KINFOLK LOCAL SPOTLIGHT ✨ This week’s Local Spotlight is extra special because I’m sharing the beautiful place that will be home to our upcoming Wild Grace Retreat. 💗 I’ve also found a home away from home here...for me, my family, and my dear equine partner, my horse DreamWeaver as I continue deepening my journey into the healing work of equine-assisted learning through breathwork, somatic practices, relationship-based horsemanship, and more. Just outside Madison in Rio, Wisconsin, World Center Equestrian is an equestrian facility and organic farm surrounded by horses, open land, gardens, and that unmistakable feeling of getting out of the city and back into the natural world. They offer horse boarding, training, and riding lessons and have created a beautiful community centered around horses, natural horsemanship, and a holistic approach to health and wellness for horse and human alike. 🌿 And there’s an opportunity to experience it for yourself! On September 20 at 1 PM, World Center Equestrian is hosting Skills Day, with opportunities to make your own herbal remedies, tour the gardens, farm, and pastures, and connect with others in the community. .....But who tends to the women tending to the world?

Women leaders, founders, practitioners, creatives, changemakers, and community builders are often exceptionally good at tending to what needs tending!

That brings me to the thing I keep coming back to over and over...

I’ve been thinking deeply about what happens when self-care becomes one more thing we’re responsible for fitting into the margins of our lives that are already asking too much of us.

What if the conversation isn’t only about recovering from depletion but about creating lives, relationships, ways of leading, and communities that actually sustain us?
