Legacy Elementary PTO

Today we’re giving a HUGE shoutout to the people who work behind the scenes to keep Legacy Elementary clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for our Lions every single day! 🦁💛

Our custodians do SO much more than clean. They help keep our school running, jump in when something needs fixing, make sure our students have a safe place to learn, and somehow manage to keep up with the beautiful chaos that comes with elementary school! 😂

We are incredibly grateful for all you do for our students, teachers, and staff. Legacy wouldn’t be the same without you!

Help us show our amazing custodians some ❤️ in the comments and wish them a very HAPPY CUSTODIAN DAY! 🎉🧹

Thank you for taking care of our school and our Legacy family! 🦁💛

🌿🏃‍♀️ **Thank you, Huntsville Botanical Garden!🏃‍♂️🌿

We really appreciate your generous donation to our **PTO Fun Run**! Your support helps us create fun experiences for our students and makes events like this possible.

🏀🦁 WE’RE STILL COLLECTING FOR OUR RECESS BINS! 🦁🏀

Our recess bins are going to give every grade level fun activities and equipment to use during their time on the playground, and we’d love your help filling them up! 💚

We’re still accepting donations of items like:
🏀 Balls
🥏 Frisbees
🪢 Jump ropes
🖍️ Chalk
🩹 Bandages
🧻 Baby wipes
…and other fun, age-appropriate playground items!

Every donation helps give our Lions more ways to play, move, and have fun together at recess! 🦁💚

💚 A SWEET THANK YOU! 💚

A huge THANK YOU to PTO Today, That’s It, and SunButter for generously donating goodies for our Legacy families at Back to School Night! 🦁📚

Our parents got to enjoy That’s It Fiber Fruit Bars along with SunButter Creamy Sun Butter Cups and Chocolate SunButter Cups — and let’s just say they were a BIG hit! 😋🍫

We are so grateful for companies that support schools and help us make special events even sweeter. Thank you for helping us welcome our Legacy families back for another amazing school year! 💚💙

Go Lions! 🦁

🚨🚨 OUR PTO TEACHER REP IS LEGACY’S TEACHER OF THE YEAR!!! 🚨🚨

Okay, we may be just a little extra excited about this one! 😍💛

Our very own Mrs. Allen has been named Legacy Elementary’s Teacher of the Year!!! 🏆🦁 And if you know Mrs. Allen, you know this honor could not go to a more deserving teacher!

She loves her students, loves Legacy, and gives SO much of herself to our school. We are incredibly lucky to have her not only in the classroom, but also representing our teachers as our PTO Teacher Representative!

Basically… we knew she was a big deal. Now everyone else knows it too! 😉👏

Congratulations, Mrs. Allen!! We are SO, SO proud of you! 💛🦁🎉

Go Lions! And GO MRS. ALLEN!!! 🎉🏆
