✨ Meet Heidi Van Nurden ✨
Volunteers like Heidi are the foundation of Wisconsin Care Collective and the work we do. Her volunteer role ranges from fundraising to recruitment to greeting patients in the parking lot at the recent RAM clinic in Verona. 💙❤ We couldn't help provide free healthcare to over 320 patients in our community without the dedication of our volunteers. THANK YOU 🙏

Last weekend, two of our Board members, Catrin and Jackie, headed up to volunteer at a Remote Area Medical - RAM clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska!
Catrin and Jackie are both Core volunteers for Remote Area Medical (RAM), which means at clinics they are in leadership roles, training volunteers and overseeing their respective areas of the clinic.
In Fairbanks, RAM provided free dental, vision, and medical care to more than 270 patients! ❤️

Not only do we love helping our fellow humans, we love helping our furry friends, too!
Today, Wisconsin Care Collective volunteers helped out at the Fetch Wisconsin Rescue 5K and got to hold some adorable puppies 🥰
Our President, Catrin Adams, spoke with Remote Area Medical - RAM about the importance of bringing them to our community and the planning process behind hosting a RAM Clinic.
We are so thankful to have her as our leader- her positivity, motivation and eagerness to help others is contagious! ❤️

Wisconsin Care Collective volunteers had a fun morning helping out with the Kids Triathlon at Verona Area High School! When we aren't busy planning a clinic we love to help out in our community!
Our Board Member, Nathan Miller, spoke with Remote Area Medical - RAM and shared how rewarding and special volunteering at a clinic can be.

A very special THANK YOU to our volunteers helping with follow up calls from the Verona RAM clinic!🙏 Juli, Cristina, and Paula helped countless patients by volunteering at the clinic as Spanish interpreters, and are now going above and beyond by helping us contact our patients to coordinate follow-up care. Together we make a difference ❤ We couldn't do this without you!

This is why we do what we do ❤️
Trent came to the RAM Clinic in Verona with his wife and two sons. It had been over five years since he had seen a dentist, and this was an opportunity he and his wife saw on Facebook and the RAM website.
They arrived at midnight and were 22nd in line to the first RAM Clinic in Wisconsin. Everyone in his family were able to get a cleaning... but he was the only one who needed a cavity filling (Uh-oh!).
